There’s no list in existence that itemises what’s gone right in your life and what’s gone wrong, and then makes a final calculation that tells you who you are.
What actually defines you is your capacity for opening doors. If you’re always stuck in that same corridor, listening to the negative chatter that’s telling your that you’re not good enough, then you’re shrinking. Your life is going into retreat. But if you’re smashing through those doors – even if a lot of the time you’re falling flat on your face – you’re nobody’s loser.
Keep on at it. Keep accruing those scars and calluses. Keep learning those lessons. You’ll grow. You’ll succeed.
